Meet Pete
R3 was built by Pete Srodoski for firm leaders who know what it feels like when the business depends on one person.
Pete has lived the late nights, the constant decisions, and the pressure of leading without a clear operating rhythm. After years of building and running real businesses, he developed a practical system for direction, ownership, scorecards, and weekly execution.
